Privacy Policy

Last updated: 08/17/2026

This policy explains what personal information Max Money Mart collects when you use this site, how we use it, and who we share it with.

1. Information we collect

When you submit an application, we collect the information you provide directly, which may include:

  • Identity information: name, date of birth, Social Security number, government-issued ID details
  • Contact information: address, email, phone number
  • Financial information: bank account and routing number, income, employment details
  • Vehicle information: year, make, model, mileage, condition, title status, and VIN
  • Loan preferences: requested amount and reason for the loan

We also automatically collect some technical information when you visit the site — your IP address, browser type, and general usage data — typically through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Match you with lenders in our network and transmit your application to them
  • Verify the information you've provided and screen for fraud
  • Communicate with you about your application, by phone, text, or email, consistent with the consent you've given
  • Operate, secure, and improve this website
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

3. How we share your information

Because this site is a lead-matching service, sharing your information with lenders is central to how it works. We share your application information with:

  • Lending partners in our network, so they can evaluate your application, value your vehicle, and potentially offer you a loan
  • Service providers who help us operate the site (e.g., hosting, identity verification), under confidentiality obligations
  • Legal and regulatory bodies, when required by law or to protect our rights

We do not sell your information for advertising purposes unrelated to your loan inquiry. Depending on your state, sharing your information with our lending network may be considered a "sale" or "share" under state privacy law — see your rights below.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to operate the site, remember your progress through the application, measure how visitors use the site, and — where you've consented or as otherwise permitted by law — support marketing and advertising, including retargeting ads on other websites and platforms. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect how parts of the site function, including your ability to complete an application. Where required by applicable law, we will provide a mechanism to manage your cookie preferences.

5. Data security

We use encryption in transit and other administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including the duration of your relationship with us and any lending partner, and for an additional period afterward as needed to comply with our legal, tax, audit, recordkeeping, and dispute-resolution obligations — generally no longer than seven (7) years after your last interaction with us, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under applicable state privacy laws — such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and similar laws in other states — to: (a) request access to the categories and specific pieces of personal information we've collected about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate personal information; (c) request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions, such as information we're required to retain for legal or recordkeeping purposes; and (d) opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, to the extent our sharing of your information with lending partners is considered a sale or share under your state's law. We do not sell personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond what's described in this policy.

To exercise these rights, submit a request to maxmoneymart247@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, which may include asking you to confirm information already on file. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law — generally within 45 days, with a possible extension as permitted by law. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject line; we will respond to appeals within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

8. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted here is always the current one.
