Electronic Signature & Communications Consent

Before you submit your application, we're required to get your consent to do business with you electronically. Here's what that means.
1. Your consent to electronic records
By checking the consent box and submitting your application, you agree that Max Money Mart — and any lender you're matched with — may provide disclosures, notices, agreements, and other records to you electronically instead of on paper, and that your electronic signature or click-to-agree action has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
2. What this consent covers
This consent applies to your application, this site's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, any required regulatory disclosures, and — if you're matched with a lender — that lender's own title loan agreement and related documents, which they will present to you separately for your review and signature.
3. Your right to a paper copy
You can request a paper copy of any electronic record we're required to provide by emailing us at maxmoneymart247@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the electronic record. A reasonable fee may apply to cover the cost of preparing and mailing paper copies; we will tell you the fee amount before fulfilling your request.
4. Your right to withdraw consent
You may withdraw this consent at any time before completing your application by simply not proceeding. Once your application has been submitted and shared with a lender, withdrawing consent may mean we're no longer able to process your application or that the lender cannot continue processing it. To withdraw consent after submitting, email us at maxmoneymart247@gmail.com.
5. Keeping your contact information current
To make sure you receive electronic communications, please keep your email address and phone number up to date. You can update this information by emailing us at maxmoneymart247@gmail.com.
6. Hardware and software requirements
To access and retain electronic records, you'll need:
- A device with internet access and a current web browser
- A valid, active email address
- Software capable of viewing PDF files
- Enough storage space to retain copies of records you wish to keep
7. Confirming your consent
By checking the box on the application form, you confirm that you have the necessary hardware and software described above, that you can access and read this disclosure, and that you consent to receive electronic records and to sign electronically as described here.
